Obbed of good quality and poor service delivery

I have a problem, i bought leather couches@Bradlows 2yrs back. When they were delivered@home we noticed that the other 1 is faulty, when she reported@Bradlows they said they will come and get and bring a new 1, up until 2day they have nt done that.

No one wanted to take responsibility, from floor to branch manager.
