Chased Out And Swore At

I was referred to you by Mr. J lonergan from the divisional training centre for the freestate and N cape

Regarding a formal complaint that I have with ms Elna Till the branch manager at Checkers Welkom 1022

I went in to the branch to hand in a sick note of one of your employees and was chased out and was swore at by ms Elna Till infront of her staff and various clients and I see this as unprofessional and disrespectful on her behalf and I would like to know what am I to do because behavior like this is completely unacceptable not to mention rude and inexcusable I will tell you my side and trust that this matter will be resolved swiftly.

I went in to the store to gave ms Till the sick note of the employee, because he was too ill to take it in himself and asked me to do it, I caught ms Till just as she was exiting the office and told her I was bringing in the sick note of the employee and she started screaming "she will tell us ", I am a employee not in her store and she has no right to speak to me that way, I tried to calmly explain what the doctor said about the employee but she wouldn't hear about it and she chased me out of the office I was just out of the office when I
