SUCKING SERVICE EVER!!

They used to be my favourite place of shopping but i had to stop because of their bad service and little respect for the customer, i even wrote an email to their so called "complaints department" and was told the matter has been attended to, they should now be ok. saturday i wanted a tv set and they were my last option after i didn't find what i was looking for at other stores. i got in a store and was assisted by 2gentlemen who were very nice, the challenge came when i had to go out of the store with my tv, i was rudely told by a security that i cannot take a trolley as it doesnt go out, i asked him what i needed to do as i had a tv and couldnt really hand it over to my car, he said he didnt know and continued with his work, i asked for a manager and had to wait 30min without getting help, i called the complaints department and was dropped 3x before i could get to someone, she wanted to speak to any staff member at the store and i gave him this other gentleman, he spoke on the phone and came and gave me, it was very close to an hour and i still couldn't take my tv home, i went to the cashier that assisted me in buying and asked them to refund me and take their tv, then i got
