BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR SERVICE

At jet mart stores in belville I went shopping as I usually do, as I am talking to one the sales persons a cockroach jumped on me, and i have sensitive skin, the manager of the store a woman cant renmember her name was so casual about the whole thing advised me that everyoone has coachroaches in there homes. I became so furious. To make matters worse the things that I brought breaks within months time door handles its ridiculous. I spend thousands when I go into the store but to be tried as I am a piece of bubblegum under there shoe is not right. Then I contacted there head office and nothing came of my complaint, and the staff attitude are just the worst...
