Finished paying laybye, no delivery

I bought cooking utensils from exclusive products, port alfred. R609 was debited on my account for 12 months. I finished paying in February 2013. No word from Jaco the owner up to now.. When I phone him he always say that he is on his way to the office, he will get to me on his arrival at the office and never get back to me. Now I believe that I was robbed R7300, since the sales person was from Port Alfred Branch which no longer exists and no one told me about the closure of the branch, I discovered myself when I was trying to phone the store where I bought the goods. I want to say beware of the like this
