Unbelievably bad service

A month ago my washing machine broke, which was only 6 weeks old. I contacted game and they got Defy to come and have a look at it. That whole process took about a week and then they said they needed to order parts and left my house.

Now since then I have contacted game twice and even went to the store on Saturday and every time it is the same thing. They take all my details and say they will phone me the next day or on the Monday. Not ONCE has anyone called me back and I am not at my last bit of patience with this pathetic level of service.

I have been stuck without a washing machine for a month now and do they care or take the time to even call me back as promised? No! So go fly a kite and just give me my money back and take this piece of useless steel back so I can go buy from a decent store.
