My Partner bought me a beautiful bracelet for valentine's day. A week later it snapped, we took it in and the then what seemed to be helpful manager told us to bring in the slip and galaxy and co would then fix it for free. My partner struggled to find where he hid the slip, he eventually found it and we took it back to Canal Walk the cashier then informed us that there would be a charge for it, My partner the explained what we were told. He has now received a phone call from Vanessa stating that there would be a charge. I called the store back to speak to Vanessa and explained the whole story still then she says that it had been bent and I would need to pay.

I don't mind paying, but should they have given the correct information in the beginning we would of gotten my bracelet fixed in the beginning. I am so glad that my partner bought my engagement ring elsewhere and will most certainly also purchase our wedding bands and bridesmaids jewelry else where
