I phoned Prestige regarding my Steak knives rusting and breaking.
After being put through to a gent by the name of Lee, i asked regarding rusting and breaking in the handle. His answer was quit simple, I live at the coast so what do i expect and the grade of stainless they use will not hold up the coastal climate.
Well, Lee i have not only used this platform to state my absolute disgust at your attitude, but others aswell. It seems that Prestige have received a lot of complaints on the same issue.
That was my last purchase of any product from your company and will keep telling people of how you handle customer complaints. In the end, i am a profit scenario to Prestige and you are a LIABILITY.
