NEW TO GET TO DEAFULTERS?

My domestic workes apprently has/had an account at Jet Stores. She gave them my cell no when she opened the account, So, to day I get an sms threatening ME with legal action if I don't pay the bill. Accident, or a new ploy to get to defaulting debtors?
