Horrible service

Went to do my monthly shopping and saw the LG 5.2 entertainment system on sale for R3500. So I asked the lady if they have stock, she disappeared for while and came back and told me they have 2 left. So I paid for one and she went to get it, after waiting for 40min I went and look for her, she then told me there is only one and it is a return.

The manager then told me he can give me R200 discount for the floor Demo that was not in a good condition. I requested my money back and had to wait another 30min to get a refund.

Wasted more then an hour and still did not get what was advertised and confirmed that there was stock. Would not recommend any one to PnP electronic department, rather go to Game or Hi Fi corp were they care for customer service.
