Great customer service

I just want to compliment Wendy-Lee for her super dupa out of this world service she provided me with. I live in Durban and couple of weeks ago there was a promotion for the baby bottles - which when I went to buy were out of stock. I contacted her and brought it to her attention. And she is in Jhb, she promised she would get me those bottles, I need not to worry. And she fulfilled that promise in a space of 3 days whereas I had been waiting for them for weeks. She gave me constant feedback and arranged to have them delivered at the nearest PnP to me at no cost to me whatsoever. This is very impressive. I just want to thank her a million times - BIG UP to you Wendy-Lee.
