I bought a lounge siute R10, 000 last year the stiching is coming loose I phoned customer care the logged it almost 3 weeks ago no phoned me since on the lounge siute is the 3yr gaurentee protector that I also paid for but know I have some markes on the lounge siute that can't come out. The branch in Eerste River closed down I must drive far to go to another branch they don't care they keep on saying they will come nobody does.
