Worst service ever! And where is the manage

Was at till point no 4 waiting for a supervisor for 45 min, to rectify a billing problem. i phoned the costumer care line in an attempt to get a supervisor to assist. After 45 min none of the employees gould get a hold of the floor manager. At the end the admin manager was sent to help us, a sorry wouldn't change my mind of ever buying from that game again
