Cigarette not properly sealed

I bought a pack of cigarettes from the store and found a good couple of cigarettes not properly sealed I was disgusted in finding that the worlds No 1 brand in this condition, I also realized that when I smoke, it smells strongly like weed. I have been smoking for about 12 years, long enough to know my brand. I have sample in my possession and would like feed back in this matter
