Charged for wrong dvd playe

I purchased a R599 pioneer dvd player after paying for it i realised that they had given me a R499 pioneer dvd player as they were out of stock. I had already paid R599. When I enquired about it the guy told me that he would refund my R100 but the service was really bad and I asked to be fully refunded.. Very disappointed.
