Hi

i submitted my complaints to Hello Peter at the begining of April in regards toi cellphone insurance being charged every month to my retail account and it has been cancelled so long ago. i got a reply from customer service stating they will look into the matter, today is the 22nd May and still nothing done

What unsatisfactory service as i am being charged everymonth due to incompetent staff.

When will they sort this out and i want my refund for all these years.
