Wheel alignment operato

I bought and fitted 4 new tyres and had alignment done, few days after I went back to them reporting bad alignment and I was told it should be my brake pads, I got them changed and still the car was pulling to one direction when on motion and when applying brakes, I returned to them again an I was assisted by Fradirick"if got the name right", he then topped up the tires and took it for a drive and handed me the keys and said to me"the car is driving 100% correct, I went the again on the 21/05/2013, same guy done the thing as he did before... and he's not willing to re-check, as I was complaing to him bout the problem he said to me"if you wanna take this forward it's fine with me"... I was not helped an I am still stuck with the same problem that was paid for.
