Poor service!

They don't answer their telephone. Not even when inter branches try calling them. I was at Greenstone branch, always good service, this poor woman tried calling East Gate to no avail. I went to the store, Monday morning and hardly any one in the shop, nobody interested in helping, I tried calling the store whilst in the store, the phone rang for 2 minutes, nobody answered. I was looking for a jacket of which they had Two, found something else but the button was torn off, I went to the cashiers, there was a meeting in, but on a closer look I realized it was a tea party. The cashier that attended to me was interested in the conversation of her colleagues and when I asked for discount on the jacket was informed that it is not possible, I asked her to speak to the manager, she came back within a minute and told me that I could get R20 off, this is a jacket or R800.00. I. Told her to not insult me and asked to see the manager, I was informed that he was busy with interviews
I then tried calling from the store again and the phone rang so long that it eventually stopped automatically.
