Lakeside Mall
"Take my umbrella - I'm already wet! "

After enjoying a dinner at Lakeside Mall this evening, upon getting to the doors we discovered that it was raining cats and dogs outside. Before we could even think about how we were going to stay dry while running to the car, we saw that the security guards were standing at the door with umbrellas, ready to escort every single person to their cars. When we offered for the guy to walk under the umbrella with us, he told us that we could take it, since he was already wet! This, to me, is exceptional service. They were soaking wet, yet still smiling and very friendly. Lakeside Mall, you have made a few lifelong friends tonight!
