I ordered a book and DVD online on Tuesday. They said it would be delivered withing 9 working days.

To my surprise my package was delivered today, barely 3 days later! They kept me up to date as to where the package was, and this is absolutely amazing!

I really wish that there were more companies out there with this kind of service!
