Poor Service

I am deeply embarrassed By poor service demonstrated By Brenda Radebe at Woolworths Between Kerk and Rissik. There were two Tellers operational on the 15-050-2013 in the morning at 09:49 and one Teller was busy with the customer and Brenda decided to leave her till and went to Her colleague for a Pep-Talk while being aware that we were patiently waiting for her to call us so that we can pay for our Goods. After few minutes one Packer beg Her to help us to pay. I Thank the packer who came into our Rescue. Kindly take Brenda for a Refresher course of Customer Service.
