I bought a baby walker two days ago at the above mentioned branch, so I was advised to return it and get something more beneficial for my baby, I was taken to the managers office, who never introduced herself to us, and just greeted us with "what's wrong with it" and she remained seated in her chair, I found her to be very patronizing, demeaning, dismissive and rude. She demanded the receipt which we had and told us they can't refund it because I did not have the box. I honestly didn't mind it not being returnable but it was her attitude that put me off and to think I have been shopping at this store since I was pregnant and I've been very loyal to this branch.
