Staff member not paid out after resignation

It is out of desperation that I am lodging this claim on this website. I resigned at House and Home Menlyn a month ago. I was not paid my salary at the end of April and no reason was given as to why just that I am appearing on a unpaid report. I made numerous phone calls to the HR Department on 011 4567000 to speak to a Chanel but she is or on lunch or the phones are ringing off the hook.
Eventually went 2 weeks ago to CCMA who referred me to Deptment of Labour. Who gave a reference number and told me to call yesterday again. I had to make arrangements for my rent and other expenses and is bearly surviving whilst waiting for my money. I am so desperate and frustrated and don't know which way to turn. Due process were followed with upon resignation. No communication from House and Home side why no salary were paid out with leave pay. If someone can please just help!
