Tom Ford Make Up consultant at Stuttafords

I went to the Tom Ford stand last week on Friday to buy the Coral Lipstick as a birthday gift for a friend, who has been lusting this lipstick for more than a year. I was told that it is all packed up for a show and that i should come back the Monday. The Monday came and i was told it is still not there but he will phone me. I told him i need this latest Thursday. I went back today only to be told that the freakin lipstick went to a show yesterday only and now they are waiting for it to come back. It is in the store room and it is a process. Really the lipstick cost R495!!! Surely you can make a plan, not even a little bit of a help or to phone someone, NOTHING! I was told to rather buy something else, which i did. Pathetic!!! Tom Ford will have a fit if he know how bad he is represented, and tomorrow is NOT another day it is her birthday!
