Should you not enjoy what you doing then leave

Yesterday I visited Shoprite in Tsakane Mall, I purchased my monthly groceries, after a long time standing in a quee I arrived at the cashier and immediately was told NO CARDS ONLY CASH and was informed to move to another quee. No apology or explanation or even a Hello, just told to move. I immediately got angry and refused to move as there was no note of any sort on the counter or close by to inform customers of this arrangement. After a fight only then the cashier requested a mobile speed point to assist us. She was so rude after that and litterally threw the pen at my husband to sign the slip and after placed the slip on the counter where the groceries is for him to fetch it. I do believe should your Job request you to interact with customers do it in a respectfull way, as your employer did not come to your house to employ you, You decided to be there so make the best of it, If you not happy look for another JOB, As customers do not owe you anything and should be treated with respect as they have alot of other options.
