I've simply had enough

I just don't understand the meaning of customer service???
firstly your phone rings for hours on end no answer and when you do eentually feel like answering the person answering is sooooo unhelpful, secondly you get a "I don't care attitude" 3rdly I am waiting for a radio for 4 days after it was put on reserve and unfortunatley someone decided to sell it. I am on my last nerve really, I was suppose to get a call for collection yesterday and nothing. can someone tell me whats going on???
