Incompetent

Went into the new Cell C shop in Beacon Bay, Retail Park. I asked for a R49 all in one air time voucher.
Nobody knew what i was talking about. I was shown catalogues of cell phones to purchase. I told them it is a voucher. The man sitting behind the computer said that the shop has only been open for two weeks. I told him that when the doors open they should be up and ready for all business. he wasnt really bothered with my problem. he said the owner of the shop was away in Cape Town sorting out business. i then purchased two ten rand air vouchers. The woman behind the counter couldnt scan the voucher. she had to call someone from the back of the shop to assist her. clearly they are not ready for business and their attitude wasnt helpful at all.
