LIFE RUINED BY RAGE WEAK INTERNAL CONTROLS

I discovered through my credit report that someone had opened an account at Rage using my details. I contact Rage Head Office regarding the matter. Firstly I got pathetic services, from phone ringing for over three minutes without any respone and when it was finally answered the lady was assisting me didn not understand the impact the issue has in my life and took it lightly and made unwelcome silly jokes of my credit profile. She eventually advised me to send an affidavit stating that my ID was fraudulantly used and other documents. I did all of that and it took a week to receive acknowledgment of reciept of the documents. Its over a month now I have been following on the matter without any success. About two weeks ago I was informed by another lady that Angie who was dealing with the investigation left the company and she would be investigating the matter. She requested me to send same documents I sent and promised to revert to me in three days. Its over 10 days now I haven't received anything from them. Following up has has failed because they are not answering the phone. This has completely ruined my life as I'm unemployable because of the listing.
