PnP Pharmacy duplicated a script in January & never reversed the duplication dd 25 Janaury. This caused huge problems in claiming my chronic medication for the following months as the medical aid said I've already taken more than what is allowed. Together with this I am receiving SMS notifications from PnP Accounts stating I owe them money and I should contact them to make payment arrangements. After getting confirmation from Accounts dept. that I do not owe anything it was due to this duplication, I yet again get another SMS 2 months later stating that I owe them money and yet again I have to phone PNP to get their accounting sorted out. After a 15 minute call to my medical aid yesterday to arrange for them to allow my chronic medication to go through I was told that they will contact PNP Pharmacy to reverse this duplication. My medical aid then advised that I need to contact PNP this morning to confirm if the reversal was done as Shane at the pharmacy was too busy to do it yesterday & it can only be done this morning. I phoned Shane this morning and was abruptly told to wait until he is not so busy and when he gets time to look at this. It's been 4 months now... why must I wait?!
