Bad attitude and failure to follow WW procedures

I had bought one shirt about three weeks ago from Melrose Arch, (as usual they did not have a large range to choose from) so I then made a special trip to Sandton City and purchased seven shirts about a week ago. I generally keep all my WW slips together, and Foshini slips together etc. For some reason when I was cleaning my bag I am not sure if I had thrown the slips away or if they had fell off my bag when looking for keys - really am not sure - Anyway there were some colours that my husband did not like and as such went to Melrose Arch to have them returned. I was happy to receive a Woolworths voucher although I had paid cash as I had misplaced the slip. The manager Masabata gladly exchanged the three lower priced shirts and refused to return the shirt one of which was R375.00 and the other R475.00. She said that because of the value of the shirts she is unable to return them. Secondly when I bought the shirt at Melrose Arch it did not come in a plastic packet, it did not have a price tag and when paying for it the lady put a little white sticker with the code on the inside label. Masabata admitted that the shirts were unused and refused to change it - Her attitide is bad
