ATT: Stephan De Kock-Im being cheated!

When I signed up for this loan, I was assured that an amount of around R300 would be taken off my account.
Last month my debit order was R616 and I was told that this is just for the first month.
Now I get my statement and its showing that R421 is to be taken off my account. this is unacceptable!
Please pull that call and you will listen to what the consultant advised me on my debit order. If I knew it would be this much, I would not have taken the loan! I want this rectified immediately! I took this over 60 months! How can my installment be almost double! On your website it shows that the installment over 60 months is R276.76 life cover etc, it works out to around R300 . This is what i was advised by your consultant. I want you to listen to the phone call and I want to listen as well! This is breach of contract! I want this rectified immediately!
