Wrong Item and they don't want to credit it

Hi Peter I went to thruworths wanting to try new brand on the perfumes which the sales man helped me with it! after he gave me the same brand but not the perfume only the Body Lotion which I told him I wanted the perfume! when I got home I only opened without seing that is the lotion saw after I opened! then the next day went to the store explained what happened they don't want to credit it reason being that I opened the box of which I never saw that it's a lotion! I spoke to the lady by the name of Tumi of which she tried her best but failed she refered me to the manager (Charlotte) of which she blamed me for wrong item which his Sales man is the one who gave me the wrong thing I had to call them for updates! Now they don't want to credit me and I went back to the store bought the perfume I wanted for R1100.00 but still they don't want to credit me the lotion which I never wanted! please help
