Terrible Quality

On 20 February I ordered shoe racks 6D951E7CC7 and 13A4C3E87E) intending to use them in the new home we moved into on 01 May. I was expecting them to be as advertised: "made of durable materials" and to fit 30 pairs of shoes, which the ad said it would do 'comfortably'.

When we tried to assemble them, they literally fell apart in our hands. The quality is shocking! The joins do not fit into each other, and the plastic is brittle and snaps. I could have accepted this if they had cost R20, but at R199 each (value R399!!!) this is totally unacceptable. There is absolutely no way this cost can be justified for the cheap rubbish supplied.

As I really needed the racks we tried to glue them together, this also failed miserably. So they went into the dustbin. What a waste of R400!!

Furthermore, there is no way these racks fit 3 pairs of normal (size 6) shoes per shelf.

I am very disappointed - I expect so much more from the Kulula brand. This was a terrible experience and the worst kind of total rip-off.

In addition to this I have one refund not actioned one item not delivered. Both queried through the website. What is up Daddy's Deals?
