Mr Price
Can one get worse service?

Yesterday we visited Norwood shopping centre for the first time and went in to the Mr Price store. We where met by minimum staff, the ones that were there were not at all helpfull - customers were actually calling staff to come and assist them at the till / at the fitting room etc. but when we got to the till, Nolizwa (or something similar) were the only assistant behind the counter and when we asked her about it, she started shouting at us saying it's not her fault etc etc etc. We were taken aback and can understand her frustration, but what ever happened to customer service - and why is the customer being attacked verbally?
Not what I expected.
