Edgars contacted me on a Sunday evening to speak to me about my account which I think is completely unacceptable, I did not get to my phone on time and I received an extremely unprofessional message with no details, the message went as follows " This message is for Ms Farmer, the reference number is... and my number is (something I couldn't make out). Please call us it is urgent." They did not stipulate where they were phoning from just that it was urgent. Because this could have been regarding ANYTHING I panicked, at this stage I had a sister in hospital and assumed the worst. According to me if something is urgent surely you leave a detailed PROFESSSIONAL message. I think that the service of Edgars in general is becoming absolutely disgraceful and what annoys me the most is that these type of companies do not care about their current customers as they know that even if they leave or cancel their accounts it won't affect them. I am disgusted at the service received and the manner in which this situation was handled. I do not wish to be contacted, I will ONCE AGAIN settle my account at the soonest convienience and close it. This time they will not get me to re-open it.
