Dear Mr Scott: One more try...

I finally got the services of an independent dealer/supplier that has the following to say about your workmanship/designs, as you 'disappeared' and left us with the problems, pointed out from the very beginning. It seems that (your) after-sales-service actually stops with the last payment?

The independent dealer has the following to say: "Bad news only! We cannot add on to your existing sliding windows to get them up to the required wind pressure load... to replace with the systems that should have been used ..." They pointed out that you surely didn't know what you were doing regarding the little holes drilled, missing wind blocks, that the bottom windows must be safety glass according to legislation, etc.

In your last mail dated 14 Jan 2013, "... and I will get back to you in the first week of Feb to diarize as when I am able to come to ..." nothing came from it, as nothing has changed over the last 12 months? Empty-EMPTY PROMISES and even more excuses?!

Question is: who is to believe?
