Good day, on the 16/04/2013 at 13h03 my agent Mr. Gift Baloyi bought a ZTE V70 cellular phone At you Game branch Bloedmall, Pretoria.

Yesterday 09/05/2013 when he was busy charging the phone / tablet and all of a sudden it just exploded.

I asked his this morning if he has insurance and he said to me yes with Hollard. I send him back to this Bloedmall branch / Game.

When he was at the store and asked to be helped, they asked him where his sim card is. He said to them that he is not using that simcard so he threw it away but he still have the rest (evidence 3). He provided the evidence. The sales man said to him they are sorry even if it is brand new, they cannot assist him without that simcard.

He then phone Hollard while he was in the shop, he spoke to a consultant and she also said to him that she can't assist him without the simcard.

I feel that Mr. Baloyi did not buy a simcard; he bought a phone/tablet. It is not even a month old, he have insurance and this is the best you can offer him, sorry no simcard?
