DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

I took my TV into to be repaired 2 weeks ago, all it needed was a new RF. I was told that because it was a small job it would take about a week. I rang the store 6 times today to try and get through to someone who could help and who I could actually understand. I was eventually told that the service centre is waiting for the part. Such a tiny basic part and they don't have stock. I was also advised that the TV will now be away from another 10 days approximately. That is ridiculous. Really pathetic. I am not impressed.
