Policy Purchased & still waiting complaint feedbac

Once again I find myself on Hello Peter, once again for the same complaint. As per the above, I get a ref # for my complaint on the 18th of April, today is the 09 May, almost 3 weeks down the line and get told that the Life inssurance policy was cancelled due to the fact that I did not purchase any clothing on my account, I am now R14 000.00 at a lose due to the Death of my Father and find this very unprofessional.
How does requesting life cover on you and your immediate family end in, cover for the main member to having no policy at all due to not purchasing clothes after having the policy open for over 3 years and no letter to inform me of the cancelation of this policy, as well as no proof of me canceling of this policy???

I await Edcons Soonest attention to this matter. Will await a further 3 weeks to have this matter addressed.
