Over charge on Account

I Purchased a phone on my account in Dec 2012. I made the very 1st payment 5 days later. I received a letter end Dec saying my account is in arrears. I went back to to the LTD branch and they called in and the consultant said the payment was not put through as a pre payment but just a standard payment on the balance. Since then I've been charged random amount on my account because regardless of my early payment which was even more then my initial invoice they still considered my asccount to be in a arrears.
This is not the 1st time I had issues with this Branch in Somerset Mall, their staff is untrained and they don't explain the product or service to you properly.
I want my account to be rectified immediately before I do any further payments. I want a list of payments to date and I refuse to pay a cent more then what the I bought the item for.
If I don't get a reply within 48 hours I'll take further action...!!!
