Bad customer service

My husband purchased 3 vouchers of R1999 for driving a supercar of your choice for 3 laps with a professional driver which was a special from Daddy's deals. The event was suppose to occur on 27/04/13.
No one communicated with my husband to inform him the deal was postponed. He made his way to Pretoria only to find out the event was not taking place due to no insurance on the cars. His dad arrived from
Pietermaritzburg specifically for the event. He has not been refunded as yet. Surely Daddy's deals should ensure all is in order before advertising such deals to the public. It is very dissappointing. No apology has been given and we are still awaiting a refund.
