Pay for new, supplied with second-hand

Outsurance replaced a laptop with TD November last year. After my wife had difficulties, I discovered mail folders for someone else, which means, I was supplied with a second-hand item! I took too long to discover this, now it is my loss... Sahara Computers and Toshiba apparently both rejected my claim...
