New store that chases customers!!

Franscina Motlotleng and Lea at the money market dept are running a newly constructed&operational store of its kind into tatters with their incapacity, sub-standard attitude&non principled methods of handling their jobs and consumer monies.

A simple process of dividing 2xR10 000gift vouchers into respective amounts on separate gift cards proved to be a tedious, time consuming&impossble a task for the above mentioned. the former cashier blatantly refused (with such atrocious behaviour) to assist me in any way aftr i approached her@the tillpoint where she had been twiddling her thumbs&shifted me over to the latter who made such a mess of the whole transaction when she abruptly, unannounced, just left me in the lurge (to what seemed to be lunchtime) to a new cashier who was given no handover whatsoever.
that day R20 000 was treated like a can of coke! the process took a further 3/4 to sort out! i lodged a complaint with the frontline manager who STILL cnt find the decency&time to liaise with me on her staff's careless and loose handling of my monies. DO INVESTORS TO THIS FRANCHISE&executive management know HOW their LOSING BUSINESS due to GROUND issues??
