Rude staff and spoiled food

Got lunch from your store today, a lot of the food in your buffet selections looked old, like it had been sitting out in the open overnight and not covered.
I eventually settled on getting a fruit salad, muesli and yogurt combination and waited for a long time while some of the available staff talked between themselves. Your checkout staff were also extremely standoffish, as usual, and another staff member interrupted while ringing up with some problem she was having and shoved past with a very "look down her nose" at customers attitude.
All of that aside, when I tried eating lunch it was inedible. The Yogurt seems fine, but the fruit is FIZZY and your cranberry mix is definitely off... it leaves an inexplicably bitter taste in the mouth and you literally cannot eat it.

We frequent your store because of working nearby, but i'll never return. It's not the first time we've had problems with rude staff and sub-standard food. On a previous occasion, we bought pre-made sandwiches which were crunchy... because of what looked and felt to me like concrete, and it sounded like the store was doing renovations at the time.

Nobody from our offices will be back to your store.
