I bought royal gala apples for my son at Woolies Wonderpark during the week of May 1st 2013. When I tried giving him one on Saturday, May 4th, I realized the apples were dry and had no taste (had the same consistency as a sweet potato). I then decided to return them on Monday May 6th around 15:30. The lady who assisted me informed me they can't change them because the sell by date says 1 May. I then informed her I'll log a complaint with Hellopeter. She then asked me to wait for the guy who works at the Food department. A black guy with dreds came and instead of simply exchanging the apples, he gave me a long story with attitude before finally giving me a fresh pack of apples. Now, I buy at Woolworths because they promise quality products therefore if their product happens to be subpar, I expect good service when exchanging it and not attitude. So next time spare me the attitude. If your product was good quality and not a waste of my money, I wouldn't have had to waste my time returning it.
