Verimark Hydrovac Rubbish

Looking at the many complaints about the Genesys Hydrovac Turbo, I have failed to see Verimark answer the complaints directly without beating around the bush.

My hydrovacs motor burnt out after just two years of use. My friends hydrovac burnt out as well (embarrasingly I had recommended the product).

The machine is overpriced, and poorly designed. Customers complain about their warranties being void because of rust, but the screws are not stainless steel inside the machine and are therefore will obviously rust in a water machine!! I decided to strip my machine to see why the motor burnt out so soon (when I think that I have an electrolux upright vacuum cleaner from the '70s still working. My parents AEG vacuum cleaner only just burnt out after 34 years and that was abused!) Again the screws were hardly able to be turned because of the rust. These screws come into direct contact with water upon use. I could find traces of corrosion on the fan casing, indiciating that water indeed was passing into the machines motor. But looking at the pathetic little filter it has, it all pointed to poor design and cheap construction. It is as if its designed to self destruct
