Rude and bad customer service

On Sunday, 5 May at 14H04 I was at Pick n Pay Northgate. In front of me there was one person. The queu was not moving and we asked the cashier what was the problem? Instead of telling us that the customer he served had an issue with the card, he told us we were ignorant and we argued with him. He was completely rude especially to the lady who was in front of me and the gentleman behind me. Their contact numbers Lineo Masopha - 011 253 3416 or 082 704 6674 and Robert Kubayi - 082 2082 037. The cashier's name was Petrus Walaza.
