Sunday morning disaste

I was awakened by hard bashing of rocks When I looked out the window there were people removing bricks from inside the back of the store's back entrance and the loud noise came from throwing the loose bricks into an industrial dustbin 20 metres away right next to our fence where I live No respect really They are still busy and it is 6h45 now
