Poor management and customer service

We bought a set of boots from the Jet Store in Secunda on 01/05/2013.The shoes were joint together with a clamping hanger with a 6 slip on it. My Fianc? fitted the size and she bought the shoes. On our arrival back home on the East Rand she wanted to wear them the following day, she separated them and to her surprise the other shoe was a size 4.I understand mistakes happen so we took it to our local Jet which were very helpful but couldn't rectify the as we had to go back to the purchasing branch as they cant swop one shoe. I phoned the store manager in Secunda and explained. He couldn't assist me and was very rude, I then lost my cool and said they don't give a f..k about customers. He told me he can't do anything unless I come to his store. I suggested courier service to him but he said he can't pay for. Now he expect me to drive -100km back there because he cant manage the people in his store to put to of the same sizes together. If I can give anyone advise, think about customer after service before purchasing from this particular store in Secunda.
