On 18 April Homechoice responded to my Hallopeter complaint, saying that the issue would be resolved. 2 Weeks later I am yet to receive my steam iron. This isnt just bad service, I compare this to 0 service. I will tell everyone to avoid buying from Homechoice as this is what you can expect from their afterservice care.
